Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
- Monitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standards
- Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ, depending on business necessities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- HVAC repair and install knowledge and experience
- 10 plus years related work experience preferred
- Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state of PA
- Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate
- Successful candidates must be adaptable, reliable and nurtures of health/safe working environment
